Pika-la-Cynique is an artist on DeviantArt who has gathered something of a cult following in the Labyrinth and Phantom of the Opera fan-world in particular. (Almost) every week, she posts a new chapter of her fan-comic, Girls Next Door. Girls Next Door, or GND, follows the exploits of Sarah Williams (from Labyrinth) and Christine Daae (from Phantom of the Opera) as they live together closely surrounded by their male counterparts (Jareth and Erik) and several other characters from varying fandoms - Pirates of the Carribean, Les Miserables, Good Omens, Legend, Lord of the Rings, and Sweeney Todd to name but a few.

Aside from her GND project, Pika-la-Cynique also paints for several fandoms - Labyrinth, Tolkien, Neil Gaimen, Heroes, HellBoy, Legend, The Chronicles of Narnia, Naruto, Harry Potter and many, many (many!) others.
